Program Guidelines

• Offer applies only to new customers with 500 Mbps or 1 Gbps plans or current customers upgrading to 500 Mbps or 1 Gbps plan during this campaign.
• Not available to customers already on 500M/1G or higher tiers.
• Not eligible for customers who downgraded from 500 Mbps or 1 Gbps plans within the last 3 months or for those on Seasonal Suspension Mode
• Customers must remain on the upgraded plan for the full 6-month or 12-month term to continue receiving monthly streaming credits.
• If service is downgraded or disconnected, streaming credits will end immediately.
• Only one streaming credit per household/account.
• After the promotion ends, you will need to apply your own payment method to the streaming service if you wish to continue. If you don't wish to continue, no action is necessary.
• Not applicable to community network (UTOPIA, Lehi City) customers.
