We posted a message on the bills to all CentraCom customers regarding the end of the $30 ACP-related bill credit. This message was sent in error to customers who are not receiving this credit.
The federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) program ended in 2023. After federal funding stopped, CentraCom continued applying the $30 monthly credit to eligible customers for an additional two years at our own expense.
CentraCom will discontinue this company-funded credit effective January 1, 2026.
This change only applies to customers who are currently receiving the “EBD $30 discount through CentraCom” bill credit. Customers who do not receive this credit will not see a change to their bill.
We regret the confusion caused by the message being sent to a broader audience than intended. Customers with questions may contact CentraCom at 1-800-427-8449.
