The grand prize includes two tickets to the first-ever playoff game in Utah Mammoth franchise history, plus a dinner-for-two gift certificate to complete the night. This is the first postseason appearance for the team under its new identity and one of the most limited-ticket events in the state this season.

Entry is open to all CentraCom residential customers. One entry per account. Entries must be received by Monday, April 20 at 5:00 PM MDT.

Eligibility
The CentraCom Customer Giveaway is open only to active CentraCom residential service accounts. Business accounts are not eligible. Must submit an entry before Monday, April 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM MDT.
Account Status Requirement
Accounts must be in good standing at the time of entry and at the time prizes are awarded. Accounts with past-due balances, suspended service status, or pending disconnect orders are not eligible.
Entry Limit
Limit one (1) entry per residential service account. Multiple entries from the same account will be disqualified.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. CentraCom reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
Event Availability
CentraCom is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, schedule changes, or venue restrictions imposed by teams, theaters, or event operators.
Notification Requirement
Winners must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification message. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to comply with these rules and accept the decisions of CentraCom as final. CentraCom employees and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate. Accounts associated with employees are excluded from entry and prize selection.
Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, winners grant CentraCom permission to use their name, city of residence, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. This may include use in social media, website content, press releases, and other company communications related to the promotion.
